
Sausage and Bean Stew
Ingredients:
- 8 sausages
- 400g tinned cannellini beans
- 400g tinned tomatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 baking potatoes
- 2 tbsp Blendship All Purpose Seasoning
- 2 tsp Blendship Salt, Pepper, Garlic Seasoning
Instructions:
- In a large pot, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned on all sides. Once cooked, remove them from the pot, slice into chunks, and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chopped onion and carrots. Cook for 10 minutes and then add the sliced garlic and cubed potatoes. Season with Blendship All Purpose and SPG.
- Stir in the chopped potatoes and two tins full of water. Add the cannellini beans and some more seasoning.
- Return the sliced sausages to the pot, cover, and simmer the stew on low heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Cook until the potatoes are tender and the stew has thickened. Serve up and enjoy - lovely!
