Sweet & Smokey Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).

2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with kitchen paper and trim them if needed. 

3. Rub the thighs with olive oil and generously season with All-Purpose Seasoning.

4. Sear the chicken thighs in a hot pan for a couple of minutes each side, until they have some nice colour. Place the thighs on a baking tray and bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

5. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
